Every single time i visit Bangkok, which is quite regular considering i’ve been there 4 times this year alone already, I’ll definitely make it a point to visit Purr Cat Cafe Club. I love every single thing about it, from the decor, to the many pretty cats to the food served. The only drawback i guess, is that it gets super packed over the weekends and evenings.
The cafe is quite large and is segregated into a pet salon, fashion boutique and cafe area. The cafe area is then split into two areas, one right outside where the cats reside so people who are afraid of cats or allergic to fur can dine there comfortably while watching the cats and another area where you can dine and play with the cats all at once.
Once you step in, you’ll be asked to remove your shoes and change into indoor slippers. After which you’ll need to wash and disinfect your hands, the staff will then present you with a rules of sorts as per below. Basically no grabbing of cats, no disturbing of cats when they are eating/sleeping and no flash photography.
I usually pop by after getting my lunch nearby so there isn’t any food photos here. But they do have some yummy looking cat shaped desserts.
They also have these awesome steps and overhead passage ways for the cats to hide if they do not wish to have human contact.
Beware of upcoming crazily cute cat photo spam.
